Enabling Certificate as Trusted Root on iOS/Android

Follow

If you are experiencing certificate errors on an iOS or Android device, it could be because the Netsweeper CA (root) Certificate is not enabled as a Trusted Root Certificate of Authority.

Use the following the steps to enable the certificate as Trusted Root CA for your operating system.

iOS –

  • Install the Netsweeper Root Certificate using the download link or transferring it to the device.
  • Certificate can be viewed and installed through Settings > Profile Download.
  • Go to Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings.
  • Turn on Enable Full Trust for Root Certificates.
