Due to changes in the MacOS security settings in the Big Sur release, there are a few more steps involved in installing a certificate
Due to changes within the MacOS Operating System, our Proxy CA Certificate still needs to be manually trusted after installation (this can be done locally, or via MDM) before you can perform SSL inspection.
To "trust" the certificate:
- Open the keychain (use the finder) and search for keychain, as shown in screenshot 01.
- Navigate to System.
- Right-click on com.proxy.netsweeper and choose to trust the cert.
