How do I change the languages available in the WebAdmin?


Enabled Languages in the WebAdmin

Available languages for the Webadmin interface are:

  • Japanese
  • Greek
  • Russian
  • Portuguese
  • French
  • Arabic
  • Spanish 
  • Turkish
  • German
  • English
  • Thai

In order to enable any of the available languages, login to the WebAdmin and navigate to System Tools > System Configuration > Webadmin Settings > General Settings > Enabled Languages. Hold down the control key on your keyboard and click the languages you would like to be available.

Changing the WebAdmin Language

Login to the WebAdmin and navigate to Your Account > Change Language and select the desired enabled language.  Additionally; If you are logged in with the Master Admin account, you can change the language globally.

Netsweeper Translation Editor

For more specific use-cases; the Translation Editor lets you translate the original text used in the WebAdminProfile Manager, and Client Filter into different languages.  In order to use the Translation Editor, login to the WebAdmin and navigate to System Tools > Translation Editor.  The Destination Language can be set to any languages you have enabled in your WebAdmin.
