Netsweeper is pleased to announce the Netsweeper 8.2.7 GA Release. This release further refines the 8.2 offering focusing on improving stability. We have also added several improvements in this release, based on customer feedback,
It is highly recommended that all customers upgrade to the 8.2.7 GA release. Netsweeper reminds customers EL6 extended support ended March 2024, so all customers who have not migrated already should plan to do so as soon as possible for security related purposes. The Netsweeper version 8 series will only be available on the EL8 platform, and customers are expected to migrate to the EL8 base in the 7.2 release before planning the upgrade to Netsweeper 8 or above.
Netsweeper will be focusing on the 9.1 release cycle throughout 2025, with the initial release, (9.1.1 EA,) anticipated early in the year. We aim to have the first 9.1 GA release published before the end of the calendar year.
