Furthermore, it is specifically against Netsweeper’s GDPR Policy for Netsweeper Support to view or have access to this type of personal information.
If support receives a ticket requesting us to build a report, edit a report, review a report, or any other type of request that involves this content, we will respond that we are restricted from doing so, and will delete the ticket and any related data.
Support will then request you resubmit the ticket with the personal information redacted.
