About Categorization Alerts
Netsweeper strives to maintain as much accuracy as possible when it comes to Categorization of Web Content. However, we also rely on our customers to let us know when they think we have incorrectly categorized a site or URL. One of the options we provide is the ability to add fields to our Deny Pages that allow end users to submit categorization review requests directly to our Content Management team.
How to Add a URL Alert Link to a Deny Page
To add a URL Alert Link to the Global Deny Page:
- Log in to the WebAdmin and navigate to Tools > Deny Pages and select the desired Deny Page.
- Select the Edit this Content button to access the Deny Page Editor.
- Hover over the Insert menu button and choose the Alert Link and/or the Alert with Comments Form buttons, as shown.
- Select the Submit button to apply your changes.
