Explicit proxy quick start guide
Use this quick setup guide to show you how to configure your nsproxy.conf to setup explicit filtering for your deployment needs.
Configuration
Using your preferred text editor, open the NSProxy configuration file.
/usr/local/netsweeper/etc/nsproxy.conf
Next, locate the listening rules within the file.
The default setting is shown in the screenshot above:
listen proxy 0.0.0.0 31280
Configure these rules as per the requirements of your network and deployment.
Please note: 31280 is the default port, but you can configure your system to use others, as well. Additionally, you can use Request Context-based listening rules as well.
