Please note: This article discusses manual certificate management. However, in production, this is typically done via an MDM for mobile devices.
Overview
In order to decrypt secure (HTTPS) traffic on any client device you need to install our NSProxy Certificate as a Trusted Root CA. The process is slightly different for each OS.

Installing the Certificate
- Open the Files application on your iOS or iPadOS device.
- Navigate to the Downloads folder and tap the 'ca.crt' file.

A 'Profile Downloaded' confirmation message will appear.
- Open the Settings application.
- Tap Profile Downloaded (displayed below the Apple account name on iOS).
- Tap Install.
- Enter the device passcode when prompted.
Verifying Successful Installation
- Navigate to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
- Confirm the certificate profile is listed.

Tap Continue to apply the Full Trust configuration.
- The certificate appears in VPN & Device Management with Full Trust enabled.
