Overview
In order to decrypt secure (HTTPS) traffic on any client device you need to install our NSProxy Certificate as a Trusted Root CA. The process is slightly different for each OS.

Installing the Certificate
- Navigate to Settings → Security & Lock Screen → Encryption & Credentials → Install a Certificate → CA Certificate.
Select Install Anyway (if prompted).
Tap the certificate file from the Downloads folder.
Confirmation message “CA certificate installed” will appear.
Verifying Successful Installation
- Navigate to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
- Confirm the certificate profile is listed.
Note on Android Version Compatibility:
The above path reflects older Android devices. For newer versions, locate the certificate under:
Settings → Security & Privacy → More Security and Privacy → Encryption & Credentials
