Overview
This guide walks through the process of creating a Detailed Table Report of Client traffic data.
Walkthrough
- In your WebAdmin, navigate to Reports > Demand Reports and select the 'Create' (+) button.
- In the Create Report window, choose the Custom tab.
Report Info
- Add a Report Name, optional Description, and set the Date Range as desired.
Report Filters
Report Filters are optional, but they can limit the amount of data you have to sift through. In this example, we will use a Filter to exclude any traffic that was not denied by the Policy Service.
- Select the Add Filter button and choose Denied Flag for the Field.
- Set the Condition to Only Denied Requests and select Save to apply our filter.
Report Output
- In the Report Output section, select Add Report Details.
- Add the following Fields:

Date, Client Name, Policy Group, URI, Search Terms, All Categories and select the Save button.

- Select the Create Report button and when prompted, choose OK.
- The Report runs and displays, previewing the top 20 rows of data (by date).
You can use the View button to review the full Report in a new browser tab. Additionally, you can export the Report in several formats, including PDF/Rich Text and Excel CSV.
This type of Report can be modified for various scenarios and as it is a 'Demand' Report, it will not add to the Reporter's burden of Scheduled Reports, which tend to accumulate quickly.
