How do I change the languages available in the WebAdmin?

Please Note: Admin level access is required to access WebAdmin Settings.

Available Languages in the WebAdmin

Netsweeper supports an ever-expanding list of languages.  The current list of available languages for the WebAdmin interface are:

  • Arabic
  • German
  • Greek
  • English
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Japanese
  • Portuguese
  • Russian
  • Thai
  • Turkish

Enabling Languages in the WebAdmin

In order to enable any of the available languages in the WebAdmin:

  1. Navigate to Administration > WebAdmin settings. 
  2. Scroll down to the General Settings section and find the Enabled Languages field.
  3. Hold down the control key on your keyboard and choose the languages you would like to enable.
  4. Select the Submit button to apply your changes.

Changing the WebAdmin Language for your Account

Please Note: Once an Admin has enabled a language in the WebAdmin Settings, any Account user can use the following steps to change the language for their Account.

  1. Navigate to My Account > Preferences and choose the Settings tab.
  2. Select the Language field and choose the desired enabled language.

  3.  Select the Submit button to apply your changes.
  4. Log out of the WebAdmin and log back in to see your newly selected language.
