Summary
OnGuard version 1.5 introduced the new Insights view. This new feature allows you to track and monitor trends in your user's onGuard Events.
Accessing onGuard Insights
- From the onGuard Dashboard, select the Insights icon.
- The Insights window loads, tracking Events by user.
- Note that the table also displays each user's Events Trend over the past 7 days.
- Select a User from the table to view their Insights Overview.
The Insights Overview Window
The Overview window displays the following graphs:

Events by Priority.

Events Per Day.

Event Trend.

Status Trend.
Additional Insights
- Select the Status button to view the user's Events by Status.
- The History button allows you to view the user's Event History.
Note that by default, the Event History will be filtered for the past 7 days. This filter can be removed or adjusted as needed.
Tracking Trends
Some of the graphs in the Insights window can be expanded for a longer time-frame. This allows you to track trends with a bird's eye view.
Additionally, the Events per day graphs tracks the user's Events over the entire year.
