What are onGuard Alerts?
onGuard can send emails to notify you when any Events occur that fall into pre-selected categories. Each time an Event is generated that falls under one of these categories, onGuard will trigger an Alert email. Once the Alert is triggered, any onGuard Dashboard user who has the onGuard Alerts Enabled permission will receive an email about the Event.
Please note that any Account configured with these permissions will continue to receive Alerts unless the Account is either removed from the WebAdmin or the permissions are disabled.
