Exporting onGuard Events to CPOMS

Once you have configured your onGuard solution to integrate to CPOMS, you can export onGuard Events to CPOMS quickly and easily, with the following steps.

Exporting onGuard Events to CPOMS

1. In your onGuard Dashboard, navigate to the List window and choose the Event you wish to Export.
   
   
   
2. Within the Event, select the Export button and choose the CPOMS option.
   
   
   
3. You will receive notification that the Event has been 'Successfully exported to CPOMS.'
   

An exported Event will create a new CPOMS Ticket, But we do not associate the Ticket with any existing students, that is the responsibility of the School Safety team.
