Summary
This is a known issue that only effects Emails when viewed in the Outlook Desktop App for Windows. This issue is not known to happen with any other Email application or interface.
Solution
There is no permanent solution for this issue as of yet. However, there are two simple workarounds.
- Copy and Paste the URLs manually, in place of using the buttons.
- Access your Outlook Email via a browser, instead of the desktop application.
