Summary
Enhanced security in MacOS 15.2 and above prevent automated screen captures unless the user grants permission for each capture.
Description
In MacOS 10 up to MacOS 14, there is a one-time prompt that the user must accept in order to screen record.
Beginning in MacOS 15.1 - 15.2, the user is prompted every time nMonitor attempts to take a screenshot.
With Client Filter 12.60 GA and lower, there is no way to avoid this behavior on these MacOS versions, even with MDM control.
Expected behavior
The user should only be prompted once after nMonitor installation, or not at all.
Work-around
Do not upgrade MacOS beyond version 14.
Solution
A fix CF-613 for this issue is complete beginning in the 3.10 EA (Early Adopter ) Client Filter Release.
